  1. mid-cycle - feeling flat?


    Nothing has changed on my recomp/cut cycle. Using hdrol at 75mg and Pstanz to cut. Ramped pstanz up from 150mg to 300mg and dropped hdrol to 50mg for last three weeks of my cut cycle. Feeling flat or that cycle seems less effective now. Diet is very clean around 2000-2200/day (1000 carbs/700 protein/300-400c fat, flax, coconut or olive oil). Should be a 500c day deficit.


  2. Bump the h drop back up. 50 mg is very low and hardly worth it.

    its because you're cutting bro. I felt flat using m1t at 30mg with 700mg test prop a week on my cut. Now after pct I am far more pumped and on nothing, because of higher cals/carbs.

    Just deal with it. More weekly carbs/calories=slower fat-loss.

    Carb cycling is way overrated. People just assume its better because
    1/ they are fuller=tighter/vascular=appear leaner.
