My PCT plan: Rx + routine, advices please

For the PCT of my SD/Hdrol bridge I have tamoxifen 20,20,10,10 planned with PCS (Stoked) starting on day 1 at 4,4,4,4.

Supplements, I will be continuing creatine mono on off days, starting Green Mag as a preworkout supp/creatine, and WF too. Casein shake pre-bed.

BCAAs to my intraworkout water, how much though? 10g? 20g?

With regards to volume/reps, I plan to drop down the volume+length+reps. Aiming for 5 reps per set, 2-3 exercises max per bodypart, with 3 sets per exercise. Good idea? 4 way split, training 4x/week. cardio 2x/week to maintain asthma.

I've read people often train on cycle as they would off cycle, but IMO training for strength at the 5 rep range appears to be more beneficial with regards to keeping the mass gains.


Also, do you guys change your carbs/fats ratio when in PCT? ie less carbs, more fats?

PS: was thinking of using Vitamin C as a super cheap but effective method of lowering cortisol, but how much?
