i'm 19.. was training for about a year then did some serious damage to my arm.
now i'm back in training and have been about 4 months and then i went to america and now i'm back in hardcore training 5 times a week
basically i want to bulk up fast.
at the moment i'm currently on pro MR and am on my 3rd box
i weigh 85kg
i dunno if that means anything but thought i'd drop it in.
i was wondering what's the best route to go down... i'd avoid steroids if i could but i'm not to bothered.
pro hormones? or anything else...?
and what do i take while i'm on them? i here if you don't take the right stuff them you lose it all a few months down the line
price isn't really a issue.
