Does anyone else have a very noticeably higher heart rate will on cycle? Sometimes my heart feels like it's ready to fockin rock and roll the way its just pounding away in my chest. I have a really large heart and I'm very healthy, but I also have a slight heart murmur so that could have something to do with it...
