    Question minimum deletion


    So would this low does protocol be less effective if the workout is spaced beyond the hormones half-life in the evening? Like if I were to take 5mg of SD in the morning when test levels are "peaked" as described, but my workout would be 10-11 hours later, would this protocol not be as effective? Obviously my understanding on much of this is lacking.

    are u only wanting to take 5mg per day? or doses of 5mg throughout the day?

    He wants to take the 5mg in the morning to somewhat trick his body into thinking he isnt adding any outside hormones... Kinda like the dbol bridge theory..

    i mean if he wants to waste it then go ahead. personally i dont see jack **** from superdrol unless i run 20mg ed.

    if u want to run 5mg ed of superdrol, ud be better off (as far as gains go) with a natty test booster

    Yes possible.
    Hopefully you respond well to low dose super.
    That method is meant to be used during PCT to hold onto cycle gains..

    i wanted to say that as well but dont want to give the wrong impression.....im not exaclty a normal responder to superdrol. 20mg brought hardness and oily skin, 30mg brought strength with it.....never tried 40mg......yet

    If your like me, you will start to see lean mass build on you at 40mg..
    Pumps start to hurt at that range too lol..

    At 30mg I put major PRs on everything.
    20mg was kinda nice pumps and oily skin lol..

    yes its possible, but it will negatively affect ur natty test.

    5mg ed is a waste.....20mg ed is a cycle


    ...not sure what ur trying to accomplish here...

    why do you need to take it in the morning. why not 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg an hr before workout or all 20 mgs an hr before workout

    To take the dose the morning reduces the maximum suppression.

    Therefore, it is preferable to take the dose an hr before workout!

    i am a fan of moderate dosing and longer cycles... not a fan of anything dosed too low, there's just not much point. If you're going to cycle then cycle. If you want to run SD with less suppression, do a pulse. If you are afraid of suppression, use HCG. Don't let fear of suppression keep you from running an effective cycle. Suppression is part of the game, you can't totally avoid it, and this is why we run PCT.
