they sound like good ones to. so on pct, i should work out as if i was trying to bulk, heavier weight, less reps?

in my opinion, on cycle i try and go for higher reps 8-12 and train with a greater volume, and in pct aim for ~5 reps and much shorter sessions too. in pct, heavy and concise sessions.
