Using Doses From Different Batches

So I currently have in my possession, three 10ml vals of sust. Problem is, the dosages are as follows:

Vial 1&2 - 30mg test prop, 60mg test phen, 60mg test cyp, 100mg test deca
Vial 3 - 25mg test prop, 25mg test phen, 100mg test cyp, 100mg test deca

So, for a 12 week cycle at 500mg a week, how should I run this bad boy? Or should I?

Not sure if it matters, but I'm also running deca and a dbol kickstart.

Meaning sust in general, from different batches, or both?

Anybody? I can't find a damn thing online that addresses any similar situations. Some seem to be fine moving from sust to other forms of test mid-cycle, but that's not quite the same.
