How much will it hurt me if i miss a day lifting while on m1t. i do m-t-t-f and i missed today ( friday) should i do fridays workout saterday or just wait till monday again.
Just do your normal Friday routine on Saturday. Skipping it will hinder gains. Doing your routine a day late will not hinder anything.
yeah, shouldn't bother anything pushing the schedule back a day. i do it all the time without any problems.
