I'm in fair shape as of this minute. I was in decent shape earlier this year, started partying this summer, etc, everyone knows how that goes. I'm not even THAT much over weight, shedding 10 lbs is probably all I need, which I can do in cardio because I don't have any extra weight in my arms or legs, just wanna get rid of this mini beer belly if you will. I took bf% tests in HS, but those were cheapy devises, but it had me at like 15% nonetheless. But if you look at me it sure doesn't seem like it's 15%.
I have a solid training partner, he's skinny like me (without the extra around the waste), my roommate, and is always down to go to the gym. In the past we've usually lifted and then ran at least a half mile when we lift, unless we decide to shoot hoops or if we hit the weights harder than normal then we just head home. Not on any sports teams currently, which I think is the main problem, I used to play hockey most of the months out of the year, I'm going to pick that up again when I can invest the time and money along with balancing college and work.
