Should there be an increase of nolva mgs for pct or any other gyno preventive sups like an AI or natty test booster when running this stack or would a 30/20/20/10 nolva pct suffice?

If ur dead set on running this(personally I think its better to run an sd epi bridge or sd halo bridge or pmag etc)

You should be fine if gyno symptoms arise run ur nolva at 20 mgs WHILE STILL ON CYCLE for 3-4 days or until symptoms go away-if symptoms do not go away stop the cycle and start pct
