Just received the goods from custom nutrition and it took 2 buisness days from one coast to another!

I have read the faq on nolvadex, instead of just dropping it in my mouth can i drink it with water?

I believe I read that someone on here dropped it into a double shot of orange juice, then took it.

it'll make that whole glass of water taste like ass...I found just using a chaser works best (for me), a diet cola kills the aftermath too..
 
OJ works the best. Just squirt it into about 4oz OJ, stir & down it. You ca barely even detect the taste.
 
yeah i do it in oj. i used to just swallow it and then chase it but i nearly threw up every time. the stuff tastes horrible and makes your tongue go numb
