Humpthecook has experience with it. He says that if your not at low bodyfat that its basically useless.

It helps keep estrogen in check and hardens you up a little. It's supposed to handle SHBG well and help lean you out if you're lean to begin with. I'm on right now. I'm probably just gonna use proviron next time
