Each time I ran a PH cycle, I experienced sever cramps (think calf cramps like in the middle of the night) in my abs anytime I contracted them. If Id bend over to tie my shoes or pull socks on, my abs had a tendency to cramp up. It usually occurred when late in a cycle. Odd thing was, when I exercised my abs, I didnt get the cramp. It just occurred when doing more mundane things, like rolling around with my kid. Is this likely a form of back pumps? Im going to be running another cycle soon, and already plan on adding in Taurine. Anything else?
