Noobie research

Hey guys, I have been doing alot of reading up on PHs and I was hoping some of the "vets" could give me a little insight. I know I am not ready to start my first real cycle, but would like to get some feedback on some questions I have. When I am ready, I would like to hear what people would suggest I use for my first cycle, maybe what some of you have tried and what you liked or didnt like about it. I understand that with more gain and potency comes more syptoms so let me tell you what Im shooting for.

I weigh 161 standing 6'0" and my goal weight to start is roughly 185. Is there a PH out there that is an oral and will give me good strength gains as well as mass, and possibly show some results by the end of my first 4-6 weeks? What PCT products have you tried and did they work?

Now, understand this is "research" I am not at the knowledgable level I want to be at, and I want to know what I'm doing before I order/start a cycle. But one other thing that is still not clear to me is: say I start a cycle for 4 weeks would my PCT generally be the 4 weeks following? and if my workout is constant can I do a 4 week cycle every 3-4 months, or is it more beneficial to do 4-on 4-off 4-on 4-off and follow that routine?

Any and all help is appreciated. Please take it easy on thsi noob :lol:
 
To be 100% honest with you, if you did "a lot" of research you would know what a good first cycle would be, what a good PCT would be and a general knowledge of all the questions you asked.

I will tell you that a "4 week cycle" is way too short for anything, aside from a very strong designer that isn't made for a noob.

To your on/off cycles, its cycle + pct = time off (usually, not always)
 
I agree you have not done alot of reading otherwise you would know what your talking about. Just search for begginer cycles. It's be cover literally hundreds of times. Search under h drol and for pct read about nolva. Read read read cause all th options are right there under search.

Start reading logs on all the popular PH's. Logs have lots of really good info.

Until you start... BULK dude BULK hard. 24/7 soreness + excess calories.
