do ph/aas increase BMR? i've upped my calories +~600-1000/day while on mdien(10mg/day), and i'd say my muscles feel harder.. however not any bigger (measurements are almost exactly the same). my weight is the same. my strength has not increased more than when off cycle.

i could understand that maybe I had fat loss, combined with some water retention or hypertrophy.. which would make my measurements stay the same.

too bad i don't have calipers.

i'm sure it's a lot more complicated than just raising BMR.. just wondering if anyone has a clue to whats going on here.
