S1+ or M1T with an anti-E during cycle?

I'm worried about gyno, since I've always carried a bit of fat in my chest area.

My first PH cycle will be a two week of S1+, then PCT, then two weeks of M1T. Do people think I should take an anti-E during the cycles? And which one? I have nolva and arimidex available.

    Thoughts? Dosage?

    Thanks

    Gary

Well, running the S1+ for two weeks is really pointless since the test usually doesn't start kicking until week two. And I think M1T is too strong for any first timer. I would suggest running S1+ for 4 weeks for a first cycle, many see great gains on that.
