about to start a m1,4add cycle and wanted to know do i have to pre-load firt for 2 weeks with cycle assist or can i start them both together? for instance take the m1,4add during the day and then taking the cycle assist before bed?

Preload at least a week, your m14 doses should be spread evenly throughout the day and your cycle assist should be taken in the morning and evening.

you can either pre-load for a week or 2 or you can take onset of the cycle. the choice is up to you

IF you have any type of blood pressure side effects on cycle preload the full two weeks, if you dont know if you do, then preload. If you dont , id still take some hawthorn or preload a few days before.
