I am entering a powerlifting comp. on sept 4 and i wanted some opinions on the best ph for incresing my strength. I will start my cycle about 10-11 weeks out of the comp.

people report good strength increases from m1t.. altho I did experience some increases in strength.. my bench didn't jump up 40-50lbs like i've seen reported elsewhere. maybe you need to take a huge dose? who knows..

anyhow, tren is supposed to work really wellfor strength altho i haven't tried it yet.

in your initial post, you said "PH", so with that in mind, i would say

m5aa and 5-aa cyp (injection). those are likely to give good strength gains without a concomitant gain in weight

a stack of the two might be interesting. or even a m5aa combined with 5-aacyp and 1-test cyp.

that would be dry as hell, though.

forgot to mention, and it's not a PH, but an Ephedrine/caffeine stack prior to competition is very effective.

and before somebody pipes in... ephedrine has NOT been banned. ephedra has. ephedrine is legal, and widely available
