Little worried. Started H drol cycle last Monday, lymph nodes above my groin swollen

I started H drol last Monday. It could be in my head but the Inguinal lymph nodes above my groin are now swollen. they usually are 1-1.5 cm i think, and today i measured 1 of the 2 and it was right at 2 cm... Does my body just think theres an infection? Any ideas?

I feel fine overall. had blood work done precycle, and everything was in normal range.

option 1: stop taking steroid, and go to doctor.

option 2: continue taking steroid and go to doctor if it doesnt get better post cycle.
