I have been planning my next cutting cycle to be
hdrol-50/50/50/75/75
11sterone-0/0/225/225/225

Would the 11 sterone be effective at this dose? or should I just get another bottle and do 300/300/300/300/300?

On a straight cut, and since you're going to be suppressed anyway, I'd dose somewhere in the range of 600mg ED.

This is only my 2nd ph cycle would 600mg be to high? im 22 185lbs
