Im on my first cycle.. dianabol. I now most of what I'm doing but dont understand how I should modify my training routine after i come off it? I just about hit an intermediate strength standard and am going back to more of a novice strength based routine just 1 time whilst on the dianabol to milk all I can from it! If I lose strength abruptly should I just lower the weights a bit.. or move to an easier routine! This is troubling me. Thanks.
