I Will Try To Log Everyday...And I Will Include Diet(Some Of You Will Appreciate This), Workout, and EEEEEEEmotions

Stats 5' 8 1/2 "
Body Fat: 9.2% (Calipers)
Weight: 191.8 Lbs

Diet: Between 1900 - 2200 Calories, But I will Toss a Carb Day in Once in a while, Maybe once a week for 2800 Cals or so I want about 40Pro/35-40Cho/20-25Fat

6 Week Cycle

Anavar 50mg E/D
Clen Starting at 60mcg up to .... E/D
T3 Starting at 75mcg E/D
Yomhimbine 4 Mg E/D

Why no test with the var? 50mg ED will most likely kill your libido.. Some test would be good. Would help avoid muscle loss from the T3 too..

I will post info from yesterday and today.

I don't want any test in this cycle, and anavar at 50mgs will not kill my libido at all. I've played with Anavar before and thats the last thing im worried about. If something does happen, I have Test Prop on hand. I also have a couple AI's on hand and Nolva, Clomid, and HCG, but the only thing I'll prob use at the end is some clomid for PCT.

Icant use anytype of injects:( History with IV Chemicals....wont go into it but brings back old memories....for now its just orals for myself:(

Question Yohimbine is a stimulant correct i assume ur using this to speed metabolic rate, lose fat and help libido but does it have any affect on hormonal levels

Yohimine Nope...Also Im Getting my hands on some Helios as well for after the 6 weeks is over....For those who don't know its spot injections to reduce fat in problem areas. Combination of Clen and Yohimbine.

Sorry Guys...Been a lil busy with work, the unicorn came home from college so my cardio has increased greatly, and damn allergys/cold came up on monday night into today (wednesday). Besides being a lil tired and nasally and congested the workouts went well on monday and wednesday, took off Tuesday felt like assshole, got half way to the gym and turned the car around and decided to rest and have a lot of sex :)

I also lowered the dosage on T3, I think i might be burning some muscle so i took it down 15mcgs. I also increased my Clen levels today. Yohimbine i also increased my 2 mg's

Diet: CARB DAYYYY...I Felt Depleted, and I was a lil under the weather/allergies. I felt dehyrated and just flat. I needed to eat A LOT. I felt great after the day was over

Calories: 3100, 200 Pro, 400 Carbs, 80 Grams of Fat

Emotions: Felt sick in the beggining of the day, but Felt Much Better After. This was a much needed carb day. Body just felt like it had nothing left. Still feel a lil drained but we will see what 2morrow brings.

Curious....I just picked up some Waxy Maize...I hear its good stuff. I used it Post Workout Today instead of eating fruit. HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS STUFF?? My friend told me it works great for dieting and leaning up, because of the fast acting carbs.

When i told him i was 188, he didn't believe me, thought i was an easy 210. So Im enjoying getting stared at. Veins are popping out just when im walking around, my girl was like what the **** are u doing. Hasnt really seen me in 2 weeks. Goood Timessssss....Oh Libido Way Up....I was a marathon man the other night..weeeooowwww

I would take Alpha-T2 on your clen off weeks and drop the Yoh in those weeks as well, since Alpha-T2 has alpha-yoh

Yea, my protein is at 200 grams which is over a gram per lb. I also lowered the does from 75mcg to 60mcg, just incase. I was debating on tossing some Test Prop, but i just don't feel like using Test right now for such a short cycle, and now that there is less than 5 weeks 2 go, I feel its kind of pointless...Any suggestions?

Up my dose of anavar? or what ya think?

do the prop, keep the t3 at 60mcg i wouldn't go any higher. personally i wouldn't do the helios but that's your decision i think you can loose the fat without them. The prop and var will keep you losing any muscle from the t3. If you don't mind me asking what brand anavar are you using?

just a suggestion if you notice you are starting to lose muscle you could up the anavar, i've seen guys running 120mg a day with no problems. its just so expensive. anyways, dude you are cut already, you are going to be really really lean after this.

Well...I was a fat kid up until I was 16, a combination of anorexia and started it. Then i got smart and decided to do it the natural way. NO more fastfood, No more Sweets, and get in the gym. And Bam...I dropped to 150 with lil muscle, worked out, took steroids when was 21 (2 cycles) and then never again until anavar as of 2 weeks ago. And now you see what i am. It was a long long path, but I got where I am now because of my friends and my will power. And now ya know.

im confused...... ur gettin constnt massive pumps of ANAVAR? i used clen many times pumps were not so great. to my memory T3 does not create pumps same as yohimbe, so whats giving u massive pumps? i used nitrix for my clen run at 200mcg with methyl 1-d thought im usre the methyl 1-d from LG didnt effect me so much

Yup I get crazy pumps while im in the gym, and I love it. We shall c what happens in the next 4 weeks.

Cardio:

Pre and Post workout: 15 minutes before and after same speed - 510 Calories Burned

2300 Cals - 210 Gr Pro, 230 Gr Carbs, 60 Grams of Fat


Emotions: Ahhhhh....Still feel the alergies, and heart rate was up a lil bit. I increased my calories I was starving today and I think the extra calories will help. I think 2100 was a lil low, so i bumped it up a lil bit and this is where i will keep it. Tuesday I will Carb Load, because Im off from work, and it will be a tiring weekend. Still havent had a drink so I'm very happy about that. Also taking some Milk Thistle, Cycle Assist, and Cissus, and 10 Grams of Omegas with a shake before Bed.
