just got my clen and i am wondering if i should take it before my morning cardio on an empty stomaugh...i do a moderate paced walk on an incline, so no high intensity, but was wondering if their would be any problems?
If you haven't used clen before, take it after morning cardio at first to get a 'baseline judgement' on your body's reaction, then start off with a low dose before cardio and just feel it out. Low intensity cardio should be ok, but keep an eye on your heart rate. I personally don't like the way clen makes me feel during cardio or lifting, just doesn't feel right. I have to let it level off some for a couple of hours before I excercise.
