Hey i was planning on starting my epi cycle in about a month, but about a 2 weeks ago i noticed my left nipple was really sore and painful then noticed the fibrous lump. My last cycle was in oct/nov (hdrol) so i dont kow what cause it unless it was from diesel test hardcore i was taking a couple months ago but it was almost out of nowhere.
I was planing on starting epi but now i need some opinions. I do have letro on hand but i am not too sure how/if to use it. should i try it before the epi cycle, on cycle, or part of pct?
Any imputes would be great thanks
