a few days ago i tore my pec while benching...the tear isnt horrible the muscle hasnt completely detached but ill b out for at least 3-4 months ..looking for some ideas on anabolics i could run just to keep some size on and maintain lbm... i plan on doin cardio and continue with my leg workouts i was thinking possibly low dose test e around 300 mg /week mayb with some clen...any input would b greatly appreciated
