Can someone confirm what the color the capsules are? I opened up my bottle and the damn seal was broken and one of the capsules had busted inside the bottle. I counted all the pills and there were 59 out of the 60 that come in one bottle.

What do you suggest I do? The capsules are blue and white.

It's odd. I don't remember where I got it or even when. I know I got it from an online retailer. It's like my memory is completely gone... WTF.

Do you still think it's safe to take? The outer seal was on, but it was the inner seal that was busted.

the inner seal does the actual sealing, the outer plastic wrap is just to show if it were tampered with and to keep the cap on. If it were me....I would probably take it but it is obviously not the safest route. But it is defeintely your choice.

I have had broken pills in "sealed" bottles before FYI. the pills are blue and white.

Off the top of my head, there are two types of caps used.

1 with clear caps, and 1 with blue and white.
