I love my liver alot. And even when I'm not on cycle i use milk thistle anyway.
What does milk thistle actually do ? as in science wise ? Behind the scenes ?
And is that liver juice Primordial Performance Liver Juice 250ml really any good compared to a decent oral tablet milk thistle ?
I just care about my liver even when i'm off cycle i use alot of beetroot and cranberrys and milk thistle.
