so ive been off the forums for over a year now and i feel lost. i have 47 capsules of mdrol left over from last year and im ready to run another ph cycle. been back lifting for 3 months so i want to jump start some weight gain and also put on a little bit of size. got really close last year to my first show when i had a bad knee injury set me back. im setup for my pct and im looking for some ideas on a solid cycle to run. again i have been running ph's off and on over the past few years so my body will be fine. thanks in advance for the advice.
