Side effect of M1T?

I am on day 4 10 mg of M1T and 200mg trans 4-ad. I have noticed after I take the M1T I seem to get spells where I am a little short of breath. I take 2 doses 5mg 12 hrs apart and take the 4-ad first thing in the morning. Is it due to the increased metabolism maybe just wondering.
