Hey guys, found the website a few days ago, and thought it had alot of good information. I'll be posting my log here, let me know if you have an questions, concerns or critiques. I started h-drol this morning after a week of preloading cycle assist. I'll be doing a 5 week cycle of 50/50/50/75/75. Here is the Cycle so far:

1 Week of Cycle Assist (Preload)

Weeks 1-3: 50Mg
Weeks 4-5: 75Mg

12pm: 25Mg H-Drol
2 NOW Adam Multi
1 ON Fishoil
1 Tsp Super Cissus
1/4 Tsp NOW Taurine

2 pm: 1 Scoop ON Nitrocore24 C&C
1/2 Tsp Prolab Glutamine

4 pm: 4 Tablets of CEL Cycle Assist
1 ON Fishoil

8 pm: 25Mg H-Drol
1 ON Fishoil

12pm: 4 Tablets of CEL Cycle Assit
1/4 Tsp Taurine


For My PCT, I'll be running:

Reversitol: 3/2/2/1
Activate Xtreme: As Recommended ( Any input needed)
CEL PCT Assist: As Recommended
SNS Reduce Xt: 3 Caps/Day



I workout around 1am, so take that into consideration when looking at the times just in case. After my workout, I have:

1 1/2 Scoops ON Nitrocore24
1/4 Tsp NOW Taurine (Before and After)
1/2 Tsp Prolab Glutamine


My Stats:

22 Years Old
5 Yrs Exp.
192 lbs.
Waist 34

Lifts:

Flat Bench: 270x1
Deadlift: 365x1
Squat: 275x3

I hope that during the 5 weeks I can gain lean mass while lowering by B.F. a little. Let me know if you guys can critique/correct anything here. I'll be posting my workouts starting tommorow with legs.

First day on H-Drol, nothing yet. Maybe it was the placebo effect, but intensity was great in the gym last night. Really had some good pumps. I look forward to week 3 when this stuff really starts to kick in.

Day 2

I'm off tonight from the gym and man does it suck. It just feels like when I don't go to the gym, the day isn't complete. My legs are feeling pretty sore, which is a great feeling. I've cut out pretty much all caffeine, which is probably a good thing while on the cycle. I forgot to mention my split, incase anyone would like to know.

Chest/Abs
Bis/Shoulders/Traps
Back/Tris/Rear Delts
Legs/Abs

I just came off of a full body workout routine, so this will be a good change of pace compared to that. So far no sides that I can speak off. Libido is still good, skin isn't oily and no dry joints/back pumps. I can't wait to hit chest tommorow.

Subbed, wanna follow this before I start mine. Have you done any research on how to dose throughout the day? Just a suggestion, rather than 50/50/50/50/75, you should try 2-3 weeks at 75 .

Overall a really good workout. I took one scoop of White Flood before, but I'm going to drop all stims for this cycle. My heart was racing at the gym, def not a good feeling. I'm going to say the placebo effect played a role in this workout, but i'll take whatever I can get at this point. I did get a few zits on my back and upper shoulders, but nothing major at all. No other sides as of yet. I have been taking cissus powder and taurine, so that may attribute to this. I do have a question though. I plan on upping the dosage to 75Mg for weeks 4 and 5. I usually take 25Mg @ noon and another at 8pm. When I up the dosage, would It be more beneficial to take 50Mg earlier in the day or later? I'll keep you guys updated, tonight is Bi's/Shoulders

Not a bad workout considering I didn't take a pre workout. I've become so acustomed to having that energy from the pre w/o, hopefully the H-Drol will kick in shortly. Intensity was pretty good in the gym, was able to finish a couple more reps than normal, but I can't say if it's due to the h-drol or just placebo. My back was a little tight last night, so I plan on taking it before and after workouts from here on out. No sides to speak of as of yet, hopefully sides are minimal so I can bump to 75mg. I got Back/Tri's tonight, my favorite workout:woohoo:

Well tonight was the first night I worked out with no pre-workout drink or even caffiene. I was actually surprised how much energy I had after I started to work out. Strenght is about the same, which hopefully I'll start to feel in a nother week or so. Sides are minimal, but I have noticed that I sweat alot more, which doesn't really bother me. Back was somewhat tight this morning, but the taurine has helped along with cissus. I'm really looking forward to week 3 to feel the H-Drol. Legs Tonight:sigh1:

Sry, my post may have been a little confusing. My dosing is going to be 50/50/50/75/75. Some people have said to run it another week but keep it at 50Mg, and other have suggested bumping to 75Mg in week 3. Since this is my First PH, I want to stay somewhat conservative in the dosing. But thank you very much for input, any is deeply apprecaited:cool:

Yeah, I read that if you have any type of BP issues, you should steer clear of all pre w/o stims. I've never had an BP Issues, but just to be sure, I will wait on Stims and Creatine till PCT. Thanks for the input man.

2nd avoiding the stim.s....@50mg I'm fine, but @75mg and caffeine beyond 2x 140mg/cup in the morning and I pay for it...headaches/BP and insomnia...
2nd bumping to 75mg for week 3, even for week 2...just drop back to 50mg if it's not comfortable.

Yeah, I may have to do that. If I'm only running it for 5 weeks, maybe the last three weeks 75Mg would be a good idea. I can't wait for week three either way, it's going to be a good ride:drive:

Overall a really good leg workout. The gym was ****ing packed, so I had to wait for the Leg press and leg extensions, but not too long. My back's been a little tight the last few days, so I upped my Taurine to 4g before workout, and 3g after. Other than that, a little oily skin, but that's minor. Libido is up, which the wife isn't complaining about, and no other noticeable sides. I'm off tomorrow, which will be a nice break. I'll weigh myself at the end of the week and post up some pics.

Day 7

Day Off

Whew a much needed day off. I usually hate being out of the gym, but after a long, heavy week, it's def needed. It was probably a good idea I did take the night off, seeing as how we got rocketed last night and spent 2 hrs in the bunker :banghead: Anyways, I weighed in at 196, so +1lbs, not to bad for the first week.

So I've been thinking a lot about my pct. I have put some research time into it, and for OTC, I feel it's pretty good. But just to be on the safe side, I ordered some Nolva today. I'm going to be running this cycle for 5-6 weeks and at 75mg, and I think that running a SERM is the safest bet. Hopefully it'll reach me before my PCT starts. 4 weeks should be enough time, even if it shipping to Afghanistan.

Keep up the good work, I'll be following closely. In May I will be doing a 6 week cycle of H-Drol along with Furuza-a...cannot wait!!! For now, it's diet - diet - diet!!!

I thought your taurine was low at 1g/day...but held off saying anything as your functioning in a hot climate...and it's my understanding that cysteine - partially converting to taurine & taurine functions by pulling sodium out of cells...
I do think the bump to 7g was a bit much to stick with through out your cycle though....mind you it is stated that over 5g/day can cause loose stools....?
@165#, 1.3gcysteine & 2g taurine from supp. , I teetter mild pumps @ 75mg....while lessening the load on the liver.
Add to the fact you may be fed a high sodium diet...?...perhaps 4g/day will cut it?

Keep in mind Nolva boosts estrogen while modulating it's uptake...
Someone want to chime in with Reversitol dosing...?...Nolva 20/20/10/10 start Reversitol?

Did they stop b0z...?...your urinating frequency increase?

I know I get cramping all over the place without supp. taurine....particularly lower back and traps....not horrible, but certainly uncomfortable and unattended to while progressively upping the hardener...?

I had come across a site at one time that charted taurine maintenance/weight...damned if I could find it again.....It was stating the added toll on liver consuming unnecessary amounts and the chart ranged from 140#s just under 2g/day?...160 was 2.1g/day and graduated by 0.1-0.2g per 10#
Given that no ones diet is the same...re: potassium, calcium, sodium intake ...like everything we must find our individual balance...

I think was a wise move b0z to get up on it and potentially flush the sodium...hope the cramping has stopped...

Workout tonight was really good. My intensity in the gym is starting to get back to where it was when I was taking stims. Along with this, my focus has somewhat risen, which is a nice plus. Sides are still little to none, a few zits here and there, not overly aggressive, libido is high, back is some what tight but the raise in taurine has helped. Also my vascularity is more prevalent, especially in my forearms, upper chest and shoulders. I'm really looking forward to this next week and obviously the 3rd:veryhappy:. I'll keep you guys up to date.

Are the back pumps really that bad?
Back pumps aren't really that bad, just a little uncomfortable and annoying. I've changed my Taurine dosing to 1g @ 2pm, 2g before workout and 1g after. Hopefully that will help with the pumps. I took last night off due to my shoulder hurting pretty bad after negatives. I don't want to injure myself during this cycle, so If taking a day off helps then that's what I'll do. I got Shouldes/Bi's/Traps tonight.

I think Nolva + Activate should be fine, no need for another AI and the Cycle Assist. I'm personally running nolva @ 40/40/20/20
Ok what about running the Reduce Xt for Cort in the 3rd week? I know it's not necessary, but it would be nice to run if it doesn't conflict with the Nolva and ActX.

It was my first run and it was great I'm 5'10 and 182lbs right now after being off a week and I started at 169lbs. I would say considering you preloaded cycle support and you have a good pct you might up your dosages. I had slight back pumps at this dosage but other than that and lose of appetite that was really it.
You might also consider some Diesel Test Hardcore or Diesel Test Pro as part of your Pct to jump start things.

Just my .2

Thanks for the advice man, I appreciate it. I'm going to finish out the week at 50Mg, then bump to 75mg for week 3 madness. If I react to the 75mg ok, I might think about the 100mg. This being my first cycle, I may stick with 75Mg being my highest dosing. Thanks again for reading and keep me up to date with any other advice or critique guys.

The liquid nolva is 20mg/ml....20x60ml=1200mg....20/20/10/10 has been the dosage for many...that's enough nolva for 3 cycles...
I would then run the test booster/AI....3/3/2/2/1/1 or similar...
Nolva has a very long "half life" lasting a week+ after stopping, is my understanding , but
I still don't understand the theory of running them inverse, ie: Nolva 20/20/10/10 & test booster/AI 1/1/2/2/3/3 or similar...as it's been advised many times to tapper nat. test boosters/AI....?

Cortisol control...Halodrol suppresses cortisol while on cycle and it begins it's rebound in week 2-3 of PCT....I've chosen to start in week 2 of PCT at 1/2/2/1 of a similar cort. control...as well as eat for suppression AM and post work out...midnight snacks if I wake.

As stated in another thread....
You'll see increases in endurance and strength real soon...
I would carefully consider grapefruit...ergo-log had an article on it, how 250ml of grapefruit juice drastically increased the absorption of certain chemicals...Halodrol being on of them...this may place a heavier load on the liver though...worth a look...

T-1 is known for lethargy, and higher carb. intake is said to help...

I'm curios about dosing 100mg and thought about running this cycle 50/75/100/100/100 instead of 75 for 5 weeks, but have chosen to hold this curiosity for the next cycle, stacking turnibol lv and 1-T topical, at this time incorporating a SERM (Nolva) and booster/AI...

I wish you had taken measurements....for comparison...from beginning to now, first day weak 3...I'm up 5/8" on bicepts measure, pumped to pumped...1/2" flat to flat...
I don't suppose there's a sewing/craft shop ....?...))))

also just on a heads up.. I am just about to finish my 50/75/75/75/75/75 cyclce and epxerienced some nasty lethargy starting towards the beg on week 5 ... grab some DHEA (its cheap so why not) to fight it .. helped wonders!

I'm curios about dosing 100mg and thought about running this cycle 50/75/100/100/100 instead of 75 for 5 weeks, but have chosen to hold this curiosity for the next cycle, stacking turnibol lv and 1-T topical, at this time incorporating a SERM (Nolva) and booster/AI...

I wish you had taken measurements....for comparison...from beginning to now, first day weak 3...I'm up 5/8" on bicepts measure, pumped to pumped...1/2" flat to flat...
I don't suppose there's a sewing/craft shop ....?...))))
wow so much good information in this. I'll have to look up the article when I get a chance. As for the cort dosing, thanks again. I was curious about starting in week 3, but a week early can't hurt and will probably benefit. I do apologize for not getting measurements before the cycle, but I do have a tape now, if that's any concelation. I did however take pics before, so If my internet wants to stop being dumb, I'll get those uploaded asap.

also just on a heads up.. I am just about to finish my 50/75/75/75/75/75 cyclce and epxerienced some nasty lethargy starting towards the beg on week 5 ... grab some DHEA (its cheap so why not) to fight it .. helped wonders!

Glad you posted that... i'm bout to start my first hdrol cycle and my buddy told me he had lethargy bad week 5-6.

Ok stop me if I'm being a little impatient. I know it's only Day 10, but 75Mg a day is sounding pretty good right about now. Should I finish out the rest of the week at 50Mg, or would I be safe to start tommorow at 75Mg? Let me know, Back/Tri's in a few hours...

I was nervous about the same thing .. but Im so glad I went to 75 on day 6... the results have been great .. up 5 lbs and went down from 11 to 8 percent BF... gotta keep your diet, cardio, etc. is strict check ... but the results are worth it !!!!

Thanks for the advice. We'll see, I may just stick out the 50mg until my second week is done with. I think I'm just getting anxious about it actually kicking in.

Whew what a great workout! I set a personal record with deadlift, which I was stoked about. Intensity was really good, strength is getting there, and overall a very satisfying workout. I ordered some CL Purple Wrath, just to give me a little boost during workouts. Just in case anyone was wondering wtf when looking at my weights and reps. I try to aim for an 8,6,4,2 reps range. If I feel that the weight is too much, or my form will suffer, then I will stick with the same weight/rep. I just wanted to clarify, I am putting 100% into my workouts, but not at the price of sloppy form or half ass range of motion. Besides that, Another day down, legs tomorrow

Still following closely along with your cycle...seems great so far and thanks to all and their advice...DHEA has now been purchased to ward off any lethargy in later weeks in my upcoming cycle. Boz....what sort of weight/lean muscle gains are you experiencing as of yet? Just curious...again, I will be doing a 6 weeker along with Furuza-a in May...SIKED!!!

Last month I got turned onto...Liptropic protein from LGscience....for the BCAA profile...from a "best protein for the dollar" thread...though the creamy vanilla tastes more like ?..buttery cake mix...?
With the glutamine profile in Nitro Core 24...I wish to hear how your joints feel later in this cycle and any comment on flavors. Going to order some soon.

I plan to run 50/50/75/75/75, Nolva 40/40/20/20 + Activate Extreme + White Flood for PCT. Running Cycle Assist entire way through the cycle. Not sure what else to throw in there at this point

Well as you guys can see, I was pretty burnt out from yesterdays back/tri's workout. My back was pretty tight all day long due to the dead lifts, so I had a pretty light legs day. I probably could have gone heavy, but I'm not going to risk injury in the middle of my cycle. I've been feeling really good on the 50Mg, so tomorrow I'm bumping up to 75Mg. I want to make the most out of this cycle, so 75Mg may be able to help me with that. I'm glad I purchased the Nolva, I didn't plan on even going to 75Mg w/o a SERM. Well I'm off tomorrow, then Chest Saturday. Hopefully I can "load" the 75Mg and then have a beast chest day Saturday. Until then guys, stay tuned:drive:
