CURRENT stats- 5'9.5 @ 176.6lbs around 11-12% bf, 23 yrs old, 7 yrs of lifting
i'm preloading my cycle with 2 weeks of CEL cycle support.
weeks 1-3 CEL mdrol 10/20/20 and CEL cycle support (may run a 4th week)
weeks 4-7 Nolva 30/20/10/10 and CEL PCT support
will run lean xtreme the last 2 weeks of pct to battle cortisol and I’m debating on whether I run an AI beginning my 4th week of PCT
other supplements include flax oil, fish oil, multivitamin, taurine, dhea
macros will be around 275/350/100 which totals to about 3400 calories, will add more calories when/if i stall..
i plan on eating as clean as I can with my calories coming from chicken, steak, eggs, brown rice, sweet potatoes, brocolli, skim milk, caseine and whey. only if i stall will i add any box dinners or garbage like that (may have one pizza a week but we will see.)

monday-chest
tuesday-bis and tris
wednesday-legs
thursday- back
friday-upper chest and shoulders
will do light cardio 3 days a week (1.5 mile jog)
GOALS:
12-15 pounds with little fat
keep my waist below 33 inches (right now 31-31.5)
increase upper chest size
Arms to 18 inches (currently 17.25.. I know it’s a lofty goal but who gives a ****)
I’m in grad school with a lot of deadlines coming up so I’m counting on ya’ll to keep me strict and focused…
