Hey Guys. So I recently went to a bodybuilding friendly Dr. who gave me some stuff for my first cycle and after doing some research and listening to his advice I started this cycle. I was wondering if you guys had any advice or tips.
Me:
Age - 26
Ht - 5.8
Wt - 185
I started to stack test and deca in a pyramid style 4 weeks ago with this plan:
Week 1 - 100 Test / 100 Deca
2 - 100 Test / 100 Deca
3 - 100 T / 200 D
4 - 100 T / 200 D
5 - 200 T / 300 D
6 - 200 T / 300 D
7 - 200 T / 400 D
8 - 200 T / 400 D
9 - 200 T / 400 D
10 - 200 T / 400 D
11 - 200 T / 400 D
12 - 200 T / 400 D
13 - 200 T / 300 D
14 - 100 T / 200 D
15 - 100 T / 100 D
Thoughts? To long? Not enough Test? Ect.
