Hey guys I'm new to the forum but not to lifting. I am frusterated. I have a max bench of 425 RAW 550 Deadlifts and 500 Squats but I have plateued for the last 8 months. I have tried board training, chains, 300's and all sorts of other routines. I need to make some gains. What is the best stuff I can get to do this, legal or illegal, I live in Canada and realize that some stuff may be tricky to get to me, but I'm desperate!! Any ideas or any sites that might deliver?
