How To Lower Thyroid Activity?

Im an ectomorph and id like to know how to decrease my t3/t4 levels. I eat LITERALLY over 5,000 calories every day. I weigh 170 lbs!!! So if you think I need to eat more then your an idiot/need to pay for my grocery bills. But anyone who knows of a way to lower my thryroid hormone levels PLEASE inform me. Any helps appreciated, thanks in advance.

nandrolone is the only steroid i can think of that lowers circulating t3 levels
