This will be the work up leading to the next contest. I have some letro and tamoxifen on standby if things get itchy. I will be eating a clean diet of 6 meals, and whey Isolate by Dymatize as a protein. I will be using creatine and Jacked 3d or Dymatize Expand Extreme for PWO. I take a good assortment of vitamins, minerals, etc. I have a mentor I am working with for eating and training. I welcome any advice to better this. I know its long, but I can take it. I am almost 35 years old now. I am healthy and do not drink. Now this will not start until end of march beginning of april time frame. Thanks fellas
