Checking in, m-drol/x-tren stack

I just wanted to run this cycle by and get some feedback:
30years old, 200lbs
previous ph's under my belt
in the gym 5 days/week
looking to gain weight, drop bf% and increase strength
m-drol at 10/20/20/20
x-tren at 0/90/90/90/90/90

nolva,clomid,cel pct assist and reversitol on hand
supporting supps:
cel cycle assist
hawthorne berry
saw palmetto
taurine
zinc
magnisium
pattasium
multi-vitamin
biotin
milk thistle
fish oil
 
solid, and a solid stack. thanks for doing research.

i'd also have P5P or vitex, and L-dopa on hand for it. L-dopa will not only reduce the chance of gyno, but will help you sleep while on cycle (tren gives me night sweats). diet is a huge component with this stack, and make sure you're dosing your tren with fats (5g at least). frontloading the mdrol allows you to recover some of your cholesterol values during the cycle (while just on tren) instead of walking into a PCT with single digit cholesterol values - this is my preference after reading the tren/mdrol logs. as nos pointed out, what's your diet like?
 
i am still ironing out the diet. I plan on eating clean...low carbs(brown rice, sweet potatoes), clean protein(fish, chicken etc.) I will post a meal plan shortly. Any input on the diet is welcomed as well.
 
i hope you like eggs. they're going to play an important role in those cholesterol values. cheese is good if you really don't like eggs, though not quite as effective.
 
make the 4th week optional. most people drop the 4th week because they forget to realize they need to eat more. basically, if someone was 200 pounds and bulking, they may be on 3800 calories. if they hit 220 while on cycle for some reason there's a mentality which says 3800 calories are all that's needed, without taking into account that your maintenance calories have gone up.

i'd play it by ear IMO at least, and decide on week 3 if you want to run mdrol for one more week or not. its completely optional though, as you should be more than satisfied with your gains at that point in the cycle.

doing the same cycle right now. I am keeping the superdrol at 10mg for 3 weeks and xtren at 60. gonna bridge into epistane after 3 weeks if blood work comes back fine. I am doing a recomp so am keeping dosing lower. I respong to sd really well and have never gone over 20mg anyways cause I put weight on like crazy at that amount. If blood panel comes back good I will also bump tren to 90. I am the start of week two today and up one pound. Most would expect more I know, but am eating clean and doing cardio and can tell I am already leaning out better than I have been. I have been recomp all year so far. But waist measurement has dropped so I am happy thus far. I am taking 1 carboxy at night to aide in sleep. Also on non workout days only taking half doses. This is more just experimenting on my own to find what works good for me. I was at a stand still on my fat loss and dont like to use stims more than 6 weeks anyways so thought I would come off them and try this for an increased anabolic factor. It may not be the best way or what is standard protocol, but will keep you posted. I personally love sd and always have. My only complaint for using it on recomp is I really crave carbs while on it, but dont notice it as much at 10mg. I have arimidex on hand and nolva if I have to. But have not had issues in the bast. Will use clomid during pct
