Enanthate/EQ/Winstrol advise

Im looking at a doing a Enanthate EQ Winstrol tab (50mg). Im looking to put some cycle on but lean up. What would be good dosage? What results should i expect? what would be the best PCT? Ive done a Cyp/Eq cycle last year.

im 21 6'2 230 prob between 15-18%body fat. I got good results off my last cycle going from 280 to a hard 260 but hurt my chest and had to take 6 months off so i lost alot of my gains.
