Currently I'm taking 1100 mg glucosamine and 1200 chondroitin for joint health which is 1 serving on this bottle by NOW that i have.
I know this is the anabolics forum, but the guys in here are the ones i'm interested in hearing from since I'm Not doing this because i'm a marathon runner or something, ie the reason i pose the question to you guys.
Can I/should I take that twice a day? Would it be beneficial? (btw im 5'7 160, low bodyfat ~10%) In the past My shoulder has slightly bothered me on occasion, but nothing that has ever inhibited me from actually working out because i've done a pretty good job keeping it in check and not ever overworking it/stopping workouts if it starts to bug me.
