  1. Picking the right ph


    Hey everyone. I'm new to most supplements aside from protein, creatine, no, etc. I'm just looking for a little help picking a ph as well as setting up a cycle. I'm mainly looking to gain but leaning out a bit would be nice. I'm thinking about running h-drol since I've read a lot about it being a solid first pick. I'm still in the process of figuring out a diet (I'm a vegetarian) as well as a better workout plan. If anybody could give me some tips or point me in the right direction that would be great.

  3. Biggest issue you'll have is getting plenty of protein. So make sure to drink plenty of shakes while on cycle and pct.

    h-drol is a good first cycle. Not to harsh and good gains.
