Hey everyone. I'm new to most supplements aside from protein, creatine, no, etc. I'm just looking for a little help picking a ph as well as setting up a cycle. I'm mainly looking to gain but leaning out a bit would be nice. I'm thinking about running h-drol since I've read a lot about it being a solid first pick. I'm still in the process of figuring out a diet (I'm a vegetarian) as well as a better workout plan. If anybody could give me some tips or point me in the right direction that would be great.
