From all the forums that I've read from...ProHormoneForum.com, Bodybuilding.com, ************* and obviously here on AnabolicMinds.com and the experience of others, pulsing cycles are having great success with little or no side effects. This doesn't mean that you should be less cautious. In my upcoming cycle I don't plan on changing my PCT but running it just the same as precaution. Just because I may not "blow up" as quickly or my gains come more slowly doesn't make this cycle any less potent.

Of course you want your H levels to stay balanced being SD's life is about 8hrs.. A 2 wk on 2 wk off I agree would NOT be beneficial, but taking the Superdrol clone pre & post workout (3) times a week Pulse cycle (MWF) sounds good to me.

So here is how I will run it

Wk 1 - 10-20mg MWF
Wk 2 - 20mg MWF
Wk 3 - 20mg MWF
Wk 4 - 20mg* MWF

There are several ways to Pulse a cycle.
EOD = Every other day
2on2off = 2 days on 2 days off
or like I'm doing
3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday (much easier to manage what days to dose.)
...and I'm sure there are other ways...

This method of dosing is used to "supposedly" slow the gains therefore minimizing the sides therefore helping keep the gains.

strong supports. i pulsed m-drol at 20mg and it was great - slow but steady muscle gains. i has some lethargy issues however. recovery from the pulse was amazingly easy.

dude this cycle likes great man.. you obviously know what your doing.. and have all your supports in line.. your set up looks real good also.. your gonna have alot of success.. are you planning on getting blood work after? whats your goal for this cycle? can you give me some starting stats? (bench/squat/deads) ..ill be following you man

are you planning on getting blood work after?
I actually had my bloodwork done before I started this cycle for obvious reasons. After doing so I decided on my supports supps. ( I'll later post the results ) Found out I had several opportunities, one of them being Vitamin D3. After doing some research I found out the a lack of Vit D3 can result to :

High Blood Pressure
If you don't get enough vitamin D3 in your system, you can develop high blood pressure, which wreaks havoc on your health and could shorten your life if not properly controlled. If you have high blood pressure, schedule some time out in the sun to make sure that your body can absorb both vitamin D and calcium properly.
Depression
Feeling depressed is another possible symptom of a vitamin D3 deficiency. A lack of sunlight can negatively impact your mood, making you feel down and hopeless, even if you're in a good position in your life.
Fatigue and Weakness
Along with depression, chronic fatigue is another symptom of a lack of vitamin D3. Without this essential vitamin, you'll feel drained and lethargic--as if even the simplest of tasks is just too much to handle. Related conditions like fibromyalgia can also occur, and your muscles can feel weak and strained.

I figure if I dose correctly on my support supps...I can fix a lot of the problems/sides of Superdrol.

After my research of Superdrol/Mdrol I decided that Pulsing this PH would allow me to reach my "recomp or lean bulk" goals. I would like to gain 8-12 lbs while losing around 2%BF. To aid in this "Lean" goal I am doing light cardio almost every day. As far as my strength goals, I hit some really heavy weights for me on my Americell-Labs cycle last year with Tren, MMA-3 and AH-89. My goal on my last stack was to reach 1000lbs on the big 3. I surpassed my goals for Bench/Squat/Dead to be 315/417/425 =1157lbs!
My current PRs are
Bench: 315 lb (143.2 kg)
Bicep Curl: 165 lb (75.0 kg)
Squat: 417 lb (189.5 kg)
Barbell Rows: 280 lb (127.3 kg)
Deadlift: 425 lb (193.2 kg)
Overhead Press: 245 lb (111.4 kg).

NOTE THESE ARE NOT MY CURRENT 1RM.
If I got back up some of those weights, I’d be surprised but extremely stoked! I’m pretty embarrassed at my current strength so I might post some current lifts stats.

Looks good and you should save some $$$ on PCT. I'm a firm believer in the pulse. I have found recovery is much quicker and sides are minimized. I like the pulse method where I start the night before I lift-then lift 3 days, off about 3-4 days.

Then again this time of year I may as well do a normal cycle. But then it will snow and I'm out of the gym for 5 days straight.

Your program looks great. You should put on some serious size. Whats your diet like?

Day 5

Day 5 @ 20mg
split 10mg pre & 10mg post workout.

205.5lbs with shoes off...weight is really jumping quick. Faster than I thought on a pulse...this is ONLY my 3 day dosing.

Back and shoulders - Strength and endurance was unreal. I might start keeping track again of my lifts. Got up 225lb BB shoulder press again...barely. Not a PR but was really surprised that I came even close to my 1RM of 245.

When I got my Bloodwork back my LDL (Bad) Cholesterol wasn't to awful but not where I wanted it. I started with NOW foods Red Omega because it had the additional Organic Red Yeast Rice adn CoQ10 which MAY help lower LDL. Not feeling fully confident in the quality of NOW foods products I ordered Nutrilite Ocean Essentials Omega-3 as an added boost...because I trust the brand and the quality. The Jarrow Formulas EPA-DHA Balance will
taken daily with breakfast after I finish the "Ocean Essentials Omegas" so I'm not taking them yet. Although I've read that if you take Fatty acids with the Mdrol or any other PH, it helps with the absorption.

i am actually should be getting and epi/sd combo with 12 mg of epi and 15 of sd. i dont know where i came up with the 10 mg number. :dunno:

and once it gets here i will either do 1 of these pills aday and perhaps add in another 12.5 mg pills of epi i am currently using depending on how i feel.

Week 1 Review

Sorry for the delay...this is a little late....

After 7 days my weight has changed from
Day 1: 202lbs (with shoes on) to
Day 7: 205.5lbs (with shoes off) +3.5lbs

(They say the NIKE ID shoe weighs 12.8oz = .8lbs so technically I've gained 4.5lbs in only 7 days taking only 3 doses or a total of 50mg of Mdrol 10/20/20)

Weight: 205.5lbs (+4.5lbs)

Besides the fact the I have a "complex" or fear that I'm gaining fat, my GF declared, "Dang your butts gotten bigger! Mmmhmmm! Hot! It's crazy how fast your body changes babe." ....I was known as "Noasatal" in highschool (10 yrs ago)..that is "No ass at all!" ahahaha. I may have gained some blubber in the belly but it mainly all in my head.

Week 2 and 6th dose of M-drol

207lbs with shoes off again. Weight has slowed a bit, hopefully now the gains will have a little more quality...May up my dose to 30mg by the end of week 3. People have noticed my weight gain, but I like I've said prior, I don't think its that clean. I started taking a weight gainer at the beginning of the cycle. ISO Mass Extreme by Ultimate Nutrition



I think this might have a "little" something to with the FAT/Weight I've put on. I'm not for sure if I should keep it up or stop...Maybe keep it up till i'm done with the cycle&PCT, keep it up just till PCT then stop or just stop now and start looking leaner?? I could use some help on this. Other than this in my diet...its pretty clean.

if you feel like your getting fat its probably your carbs or estrogen. Try lowering your carbs and upping your protien. I also would stick with the 20mg, 20 is plenty enough and at 30 you could be risking shutdown.

Sides: none...sweating ALOT during workouts, not sure what thats all about.
Strength: definitely increasing...but no PRs
Overall: I have started doing jumprope 50-100 inbetween each set I also do 15-20min of cardio after each workout 4-5 days a week. I think this might help with my fat buildup. Overall I am really happy with this pulse. Mdrol has been very effective at putting on weight. I am deffinitely going to have to get my body fat tested though at the end to see the end results...gotta stick to the plan of LEAN BULK!

what would gyno prevention for a cycle like this look like? 10mg nolva ED or 25 atd on off days
To be honest I haven't ever had gyno issues ( knocking on wood ) but I would probably take it if you were gyno prone on days off or only if you had a flare up and then stop.

Maybe someone else could chime in on this topic.

* Decreased Libido/Sexual Function - In fact may have had a increase in libido
* Lethargy / Fatigue - None to speak of.
* Increased hair growth / Increased hair shedding - Hair health is pretty normal.
* Puffy / Sensitive Nipples - I keep checking but nothing yet.
* Joint Discomfort - nope
* Back Pumps (Dull pain in back after/during workouts) - no dull pain but definitely sore after lifting (not a side effect of SD)
* Increased aggression, head aches, flushing and various other sides can happen as well. - Maybe a little more aggression, but who wouldn't when your lifting more in the gym and you've gained the weight of a small baby!

Strength: increasing...
Overall: Little worried with the the quality of weight I'm putting on. It doesn't seem to matter how much cardio I do, the abs just aren't what they used to be. I guess once its all said in done...in 3 weeks when this is all over, I'll know if I put on more muscle than fat.

* Increased aggression, head aches, flushing and various other sides can happen as well. - Maybe a little more aggression, but who wouldn't when your lifting more in the gym and you've gained the weight of a small baby!

Overall: Little worried with the the quality of weight I'm putting on. It doesn't seem to matter how much cardio I do, the abs just aren't what they used to be. I guess once its all said in done...in 3 weeks when this is all over, I'll know if I put on more muscle than fat.


i wish people would take note of how your running your cycle in terms of how well you have your support supps in line... this is a huge reason that your really not getting any sides to speak of.. you have just about everything and more.. i bet if you got blood work after it would look pretty good ... you also invested alot into your pct.. which you dont see alot of people around here doing..
also the weight you put on with superdrol is always alot of water and glycogen.. youll lose it in pct and keep alot of muscle... also i feel like with recomps like this you gain alot of muscle density and maturity..

when i pulsed m-drol, i seemed to gain some stomach fat on cycle, but during pct it went away and i ended up as lean or leaner than when i started, while still heavier and stronger.

I can't tell. I see you changed your avatar photo and your ripped to shreds. You got a 8 pack going on.
I changed my avatar as a motivational picture. It is me but that picture isn’t current, that was when I weighed in at 190lb. My goal by this summer (July) is around 8-9% @ 200lbs so I need to get up to around 185lbs of muscle mass on this cycle. (185lbs + 8% body fat (16lbs) = 201lbs total body weight)

ya the guys ripped i have no idea what hes talking about. Hey have you always been rather lean or did you work your ass off to get to that point
I have always been lean; my biggest problem was gaining weight. Being I was a hard gainer, I always had to force myself to eat more than I needed. When I graduated I weighed 155lbs and at age 25 I finally hit 175lbs. Finally around age 27 my metabolism slowed and I got really serious about weightlifting. This combo and a hot girlfriend were enough motivations to get my ass in gear.
