I have developed a little gyno and i am getting it cut out. The thing is i am extremely prone and when i start taking gear again, i dont want it to come back. Now i am familiar on estrogen control but is there away i can tell them to cut so much of the gland out that it will be impossible for the gyno to comeback? I told the surgeon that i want to take out the whole gland but they think it is a bad idea, thanks guys.
