2nd Cylce: Sustaplex or Test-E?

I am finishing my first cycle now and I am then going on my 10 week off cycle but I wanted to start my research now. I want to plan my next cycle and also plan out a VERY good meal plan to really maximize then next cycle.

So which would people recommend: Sustaplex or Test E? I know Sustaplex is a mix of multpiple compounds and I was told, by a friend, I would be happier with that but I also experienced no sides on Test E. Thoughts?

I havnet used sust but a guy at my gym will only use it as his test for cycles.

Id say give it a whirl, the more compounds the experience the better.

I would suggest test e but "kick start" your cycle with d-bol, I'd go 30mg ed the first four weeks. Also, the dbol front load will give you an ideal of how you will react to an increace in testosterone.

You could, but since you have previous experience and, get close to 200lbs you could increase the dose to 750-1000mg for the first week, and 600-750mg week 2 through 10 and even extend the d-bol to 6 weeks but no longer than six.
 
Im just trying to decide which way to go. The guy who gets everything for me is telling me I will be way happier with Sutaplex....but then again he said he has never tried Test E before. he always runs Sustanon.
 
Well, it is good but has its ups and downs. When compared to a single ester such as test e, many people will tell you that it is much easier to maintain consistant blood levels with the long estered tests. If you decide to go with sust, it needs to be injected eod to take advantage of all the assortments of esters. This is where potential side effects can come in to play because esters are being released at different times.

Again, its all about maintaining consistant blood levels with frequent injections. If you can do that you will probably love it, but in my opinion I would choose test e.

Deca is good for strength and is helpful for allowing you to keep your gains.
 
Well this cycle, on Test E, I didn't get as much gains as I wanted but I averages about 1/2 - 1 inch gain upon measuring body parts....not bad though. I hope to keep at least 90%....cross my fingers
