Now I know you have probably heard this before but is it better to use a DC *dogg crap* or a HIT style of training or the typical high volume lots of sets/reps?? I will be using H-drol @ 50-75-75-75-75-75 for my next cycle and looking to get good lean gains* I am bulking* Which training style do you think will give me the most pure mass?
