DC and HIT vs. high volume

  1. DC and HIT vs. high volume

    Now I know you have probably heard this before but is it better to use a DC *dogg crap* or a HIT style of training or the typical high volume lots of sets/reps?? I will be using H-drol @ 50-75-75-75-75-75 for my next cycle and looking to get good lean gains* I am bulking* Which training style do you think will give me the most pure mass?

  2. It's different for everybody, some people will respond better to volume, others to DC. Some people need a while to recover and others can recover faster and train more frequently.

    Basically you should know what lifting style works for you before you do a cycle.
