ever hear of IP test cyp getting weird like gel chunks in the bottom of the jug

Never heard of it. It may be possible that it has dropped out of solution.

If you plan on using it, I would definitely, heat, filter, heat filter.

I have heard all kinds of wird **** about IP injectables. I wouldn't use them if he was the last source on earch

It is pretty much a rule of thumb you would want to heat/filter ALL IP liquids..

Bump to heating and refiltering. Have had it happen before, but not with IP.

I'm sorry, hate to be a jerk but wouldn't it be better just to trash the **** and get some real stuff? You don't know whats in it (or even what it is)and good test is realitly cheap.
