Ok, I'll make this easier. Here are a few options I always had on hand. Sugars can pose a problem but it depends on what your eating. The post above is accurate. The sugars you want come from fruit & vegetables. I pretty much eat like an animal during cycle and stay very strict. Usually ate close to the same thing every day. A few variations are always a good idea too. Force feeding the same sh*t everyday gets old

Egg Whites
Whole Wheat/Whole Grain Bread
FF Cottage Cheese
Steel Cut Oats
Snack-
Natty Peanut Butter
Carrots
Broccolli
Protein-shakes
Brown Rice
Sweet Potato
Lunch/Dinner-
Salmon, Tuna-any lean fish -baked, broiled, grilled, or pan fried in olive oil & a little butter
Chicken
Lean Beef
Venison
Shellfish-Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Oysters, Mussels
