What type of food should I stay away from to keep my gains as dry as I can?

Im running Phera now and I want to keep the gains as dry as I can. Im really bad at the food part of this.

Sugar in all its forms ie; corn syurp ,dextrose,maltodextrin, evap.cane juice.etc
flour,this turns into a simple sugar in the body
and keep the sodium to a min.as this will help you to retain less water.

Ok, I'll make this easier. Here are a few options I always had on hand. Sugars can pose a problem but it depends on what your eating. The post above is accurate. The sugars you want come from fruit & vegetables. I pretty much eat like an animal during cycle and stay very strict. Usually ate close to the same thing every day. A few variations are always a good idea too. Force feeding the same sh*t everyday gets old :)

Breakfast-
Egg Whites
Whole Wheat/Whole Grain Bread
FF Cottage Cheese
Steel Cut Oats

Snack-
Natty Peanut Butter
Carrots
Broccolli
Protein-shakes
Brown Rice
Sweet Potato

Lunch/Dinner-
Salmon, Tuna-any lean fish -baked, broiled, grilled, or pan fried in olive oil & a little butter
Chicken
Lean Beef
Venison
Shellfish-Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Oysters, Mussels

Just a few options man. Diet is so very important when it comes to building muscle seriously. Cheers and good luck, angel77
