what time was your evening transdermal dose relative to bedtime?

My split was 9:30am, 9:30pm (or at least that was what I shot for), my bedtime was around 2:00am.

i would get home from work at 11 and take a shower right away and do the trans. then just wait to dry and go to bed......... done deal.....
