I'm currently 3 weeks into my 12 week Test Cypionate cycle (400ml/wk) and so far so good. I know I've still got quite a ways to go, including a proper PCT, but was having some questions about keeping as much mass as possible while cutting down for the summer. Is there a certain length of time in which I should continue with a caloric surplus before cutting both calories and carbs? Before going anabolic I had some success with Lipo 6, would it be a bad idea to implement that again? I'm just afraid of losing significant gains when trying to get shredded.
Or should I consider a second cycle, perhaps Winnie and more Test? If so, correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't I wait at least 18 weeks after the end of my first cycle before starting another?
