ph for improve my recovery

Hi,

with a low dose, 1 ph could improve my recovery and to reduce the stiffness?
If yes, what ph (epi, hyperdrol x2, mass fx, hdrol)?
Because, I train me 22 hours per week with 6 hours of bodybuilding ( 40 T per week).
I tested a lot complement like creatine but no effects.
I eat 5 per days (4000 kcal, 200g of protein (3g per Body weight))
