CJC - 1295 dosing

Can anyone help me with the amount of dosing I'm supposed to take for CJC-1295? I'm a female, 113 pounds, wanting to lose fat and gain muscle. Please be very specific with the info, especially with the needle size, as I have never taken anything like this before.
