Another Letrozole Question!!!

Hey guys, more Letrozole questions :) haha

So I've been taking the letrozole for about 4 weeks now (more or less) at roughly 2.5mg ED.

The gyno I had to begin with Im nearly positive is prolactin related. The gyno has been shrinking slow and steadily, but the last few days the tissue seems to feel "harder" or "denser", and Ive had a little bit of nipple discharge.

Also, even though the tissue of the gyno has been steadily improving... the puffiness of the nipple seems to NOT be following suit, and is as puffy as ever.

Does anybody have knowledge they can share with me on what's going on here?

The side effects seem fine. Water retention loss though so I've dropped a few pounds. Some loss in libido, but Im a big believer that every person on the planet should use Cialis because its amazing, so I haven't given myself a chance to feel it too much. And semi sore joints some days, but nothing crazy.

The tissue has gone down in size... but Im starting to realize I need a way to drop the Prolactin issue I have, because I think in turn that could unpuff the nipple a bit....?

Dostinex should take care of prolactin. but can't tell ya the availability and price of that stuff since i've never cared to look. Or you could just try some herbal products that supposedly reduce it.

Is the loss in libido the same as when you shut down on cycle?

Im trying to get an idea of the side effects of letro, the only side effects from hormones Ive had was being shut down whilst on cycle-- loss of libido, slight testicle atrophy.. Is it any worse than this?

If I recall correctly the only way to combat prolactin related gyno is cabergoline (dostinex). Letro won't do anything for prolactin gyno.

Exactly what I've been looking into.

Now the puffiness of the nipple is generally caused from prolactin levels being high right? Meaning, just from bringing my prolactin levels down, it should unpuff abit?

Whats your body % at? That may explain the puffy nipples.

From my reading, Im understanding it this way: Estrogen levels effect prolactin levels, by keeping estrogen in check(using letro or another AI) you will indirectly lower prolactin levels. But once prolactin levels rise past a certain point, your only option is to utilize a prolactin antagonist(caber, bromo etc).

So letro should be able to keep prolactin in check while on cycle

I never got the puffy nips till I got gyno.
And Ive used Tren in the passed so maybe I messed up my prolactin level... Im going to see if I can get Caber.

Are there any cheaper OTC methods to caber, or reducing prolacting levels?

And my body fat % is extremely low... the place where I get it done says 3%, but obviously thats incorrect. Most people say from looking at me that Im 6-7%

Ginkgo Biloba, combine that with ur letro and prolactin should lower significantly

Hey guys. I picked up Caber to run along side the Letro.
You think this should help with the puffy nipple, and lactation problems?

I also picked up some Ginkgo and Vitamin B6.

I've read that alot of people run 0.5mg E3D, but I think Im going to run 0.25mg/E3D for the first week.

So the Letro is working on the tissue size, but not the puffiness of the nipple, which in turn is due to High proactin levels? What is Caber, and let me know how this works along side the letro.

Hey guys,

I purchased letro awhile back and after reading a bunch of these forums, am afraid to use it. I've had puffy nipples ever since puberty but have always been thin. I don't work out too often at all. However, two years ago I started gaining some weight in my sophomore year of college (body fat) and bought Gynexin. I lost a ton of weight but the puffy nipples were still there. While on Gynexin I wasn't lifting as much as I was running, simply because I have never known how to lift properly.

I want to start using letro to see if this works but I'm definitely afraid of side effects and have no idea how to consume only .5mg of a 2.5 pill. I'm new to this so any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Letro should be tapered...caber will take care of prolactin but vitamin b6 works alot better without sides and hormone fluctuation. Guess your "radio wave" gyno treatment was a bunch of bullsh*t. Sucks getting hustled on that.

ive had puffy nipples my entire life, when they are hard they look normal, but the puffiness at any bf% is still there, its something ur gonna need to learn to live with.

i would not run the letro, it doesnt help with "puffy" nips

To the OP. Use Letro as a last resort bro. It's bad for your libido, and igf levels. For any Gyno I'd recommend Aromasin, or Nolva (but DO NOT use Nolva with a 19Nor) For 19Nors, stick to having Bromo or Dostinex. And remember homie, Letro as a LAST RESORT!

Sorry to be late to post. I have some recent real life experience that may be helpful.
I am currently on a 19-NOR cycle and I am 19-NOR/Progesterone gyno sensitive.
I was able to stop the gyno.
I used B6 and Vitex at way over the recommended dosage, which minimally helped, but did NOT solve the issue.
Only the letro and caber worked completely and stopped it dead in it's tracks.

IMHO: (My experience)
B6 and Vitex are only minimally effective, and not able to be used alone.
If I was in your shoes, I would run Cabergoline.

I echo the concerns about Letro, and I keep it to a minimum last resort.

Today this is my prevention cycle.
B6 100mg ED
Vitex 500mg ED
Letro 0.25mg ED
Cabergoline 0.15mg ED

Use clomid for 19 nor and L-Dopa for on cycle prolactin issues. If you start lactating use VItamin b6 200mg twice a day until it subsides and discontinue use of PH.
